🇸🇦 Clauze.AI → strategic investment from White & Case · builds bilingual legal AI tools for contract review, due diligence, governance and legal risk management, with data hosted in KSA
🇸🇦 Carly → investment from Pinnacle · operates a digital automotive commerce platform in KSA, with the new investment combining primary and secondary shares to support its next phase of growth
🇶🇦 QIA → invested in Positron AI’s $875M Series C · backed the US AI inference hardware company at a $5B valuation, following its earlier participation in the company’s Series B
🇸🇦 Aramco Ventures → invested in DeepCtrls’ Series B+ · joined CATL and other investors in backing the Chinese Physical AI company developing technology for energy systems, industrial infrastructure and data centres
🇦🇪🇺🇸 Mubadala Capital → backed Crusoe’s $3B+ round · joined the AI infrastructure company’s latest raise at a roughly $30B valuation after investing in every round since 2022
🇦🇪🇺🇸 The Boring Company → $3B Series D · raised a UAE-led round at a $23B valuation to expand its underground transport network, including plans for 150+ km of tunnels in the UAE
