Orange Jordan, in partnership with Capital Bank and the Information and Communications Technology Association (Int@j), has unveiled the winners of its 2025 Inspiring Change Award. The initiative celebrates women leaders driving sustainable digital innovations in the Kingdom, with Wasil taking first place, followed by Genskin and SOHO ERP. A new Fintech Award was presented to BitMal.

The award, held under Int@j’s “SHETECHS” unit, is designed to empower women entrepreneurs whose projects have a significant social and environmental impact. The winning projects were selected by a high-level judging panel based on their innovation, scalability, and sustainability, underscoring the growing influence of women in Jordan’s advanced technology sectors.

Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan, emphasized the award’s role in fostering scalable, sustainable ventures led by women. Tamer Ghazaleh, CEO of Capital Bank, noted the bank’s pride in supporting a platform for female entrepreneurship, particularly with the addition of the new Fintech category. Amjad Swais, Chairman of Int@j, also highlighted the award's focus on empowering women in advanced technology fields.
